Powerful database tools packed with new features

Charlottesville, VA -- SNL Financial, the premier provider of sector-focused news, data and analysis in the financial information marketplace, has announced major enhancements to three of its key product delivery channels: SNL Interactive (SNLi), SNLxl, and SNL IR Solutions.

New product enhancements include:

SNL Interactive – This online, 24/7 source of news, data and analytics now includes RSS (Really Simple Syndication of user-customizable SNL news headline feeds), Research Reports from top brokerage firms, and complete Capital Offerings data for all SNL-covered sectors.

SNLxl Version 2.1 – SNL's Excel Add-In, which allows users to pull data directly from SNL databases into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, now includes added SNLPrice functionality, which allows multiple tickers, historical index values, and additional pricing fields including Price/Book and Price/Earnings. Intuitive function dialogues guide users through step-by-step inputs. There is also greater access to bank branch deposit data.

SNL IR Solutions – In response to client demand, SNL has added several new features to its investor relations Web-hosting solution, including e-mail messaging, more design templates for easier customization, news feed boxes, subsidiary filings and news, a Total Return Calculator and committee charters.
